Our Sticker Printing Methods

We make stickers and labels using a variety of different printing techniques. Small runs, from a single sticker up to thousands of spot or full colour stickers are printed digitally. Medium runs of spot colour single- or double- sided stickers are screen printed. We can also supply double sided window stickers in full colour. Long runs of full colour or spot colour stickers and labels are produced on high speed UV letter presses.

We specialise in high quality industrial grade sticker and label printing on vinyl and paper, at prices affordable even for small and new businesses. We’ve even printed mountain bike decals to customise someone’s bike. Opaque or transparent, permanent adhesive or peelable or self-cling vinyl, with or without sequential numbering and in sizes from a few millimeters diameter to nearly 10 metres long x 1.6 metres wide. Using the most up to date technology available, we can print and cut any size or shape stickers, labels, vehicle wraps, etc. up to 1570mm x 9999mm Spot or Full Colour. We print onto high quality gloss and matt exterior grade, self adhesive white (permanent, removable or total block out), gold, silver or gloss transparent vinyl.
Digital Print is suitable for short to medium quantities and has the following benefits:-

• Suitable for Interior or Exterior Use
• Consecutive Numbering and variable data available
• Larger stickers are supplied as singles
• Smaller stickers are supplied on A4 sheets (not rolls)
• Smaller stickers can be supplied as singles on request
• Multiple designs on the same sheet
• Photo real prints
• Quick printing and delivery times, typically two or three days

We can screen print stickers, labels and window stickers, up to 800mm x 650mm in spot colours. We print onto high quality gloss and matt exterior grade, self adhesive white (permanent, removable or total block out), or gloss transparent self adhesive or self cling vinyl.

Screen printing is suitable for medium to large quantities of spot colour work (solid colours) and has the following characteristics:-

• Suitable for Interior or Exterior Use
• Solid colours on clear vinyl stickers do not have to be backed up with white, as required with digital printers
• Larger stickers are supplied as singles
• Smaller stickers are supplied on A4 sheets (not rolls)
• Smaller stickers can be supplied as singles on request
• More cost effective for medium runs of spot colours
• Printing and delivery times, typically ten to fifteen days

6 Colour UV Letter press is suitable for medium to long runs of full and spot colours on rolls, sheets or singles up to 280mm x 295mm.

• Suitable for Interior or Exterior Use
• Stickers and labels can be supplied on rolls, on sheets or as singles
• We can print on paper, PP or vinyl
• We have to make relatively expensive colour separation plates and cutters, so this process is only suitable for medium to long runs
• Printing and delivery times are typically ten to fifteen days

Print Quality

All the sticker printing methods that we use to make your stickers and labels are to the highest industry standard and are considered by print experts to be excellent.

This is just a small .jpeg of the sheet of samples that we send to prospective clients. The image has been prepared to be seen on the website, for illustrative purposes only. It can’t show the fine print quality – so ask us for a printed sample, and we’ll be delighted to show you what excellent work we can do.

Our vinyl stickers are printed on high quality, exterior sign grade, gloss or matt white and gloss transparent vinyl.

The manufacturers of both the vinyl and the ink, suggest a minimum life expectancy outdoors of 3 to 5 years.

Colours

Stickers made using various sticker printing methods, using different inks, printing onto different media will produce differing colour results.

The colours that you see on your desk top printer may differ from those that are produced by our label and sticker printing methods.

If you require an exact colour match, please send a vector file and a visual reference. We will match the colour by eye as close as we can from the Pantone charts below, and insert it into your artwork.

Sticker makers are not usually able to change colours in bitmaps such as .jpeg’s however, we have our own in house Adobe Photoshop expert who can make these changes! Please call if you are having problems with your artwork.

Multiple Designs and Shapes on the Same Sheet

We can print multiple designs and cut various shapes on the same sheet, or one design with multiple cut out shapes within it (see example below).
