Vinyl Label Printing

If you need self-adhesive vinyl label printing, we’re set up and able to handle the smallest and largest of jobs. We use industrial grade vinyl and can deliver as a spot colour or a full colour printed label. We can also help with simple artwork – so just give us a call and ask for a no-obligation quote!

We have different capabilities for paper labels, including sizes, shapes and materials specifically for printed lapel badges.

• From 8mm by 8mm to a huge 1568mm by 9900mm (yes, that’s 4 and half feet by about 33 feet!)
• We can cut to the shape that you want with better than 1mm accuracy.
• Choice of “gloss on gloss white”, matt white, exterior grade and transparent vinyl.
• We can deliver multiple labels per sheet, or give you “singles”
• We can mix different labels in the same print on the same delivery sheets
• Optional consecutive numbering of labels for asset codes, membership numbers, etc
• Adhesive choices include a strong permanent self-adhesive, a peelable self-adhesive and the removable and re-usable “self cling” vinyl.
• Next day delivery to mainland UK by City Link’s courier service

We’ve been printing on self-adhesive vinyl and specialist papers and foils for our customers since 1998, and we’ve been expanding our print methods regularly since then. Our print quality is to the highest industry standard and considered by print experts and our customers to be excellent. We make sure that our customer service is as good as our products and we will keep you informed about the progress of your print order and sort out any problems quickly and fairly.

Artwork

We accept artwork in the following formats:

Vectors: .pdf, .eps, .ai, .cdr
Bitmaps: .psd, .pdd, .cpt, .tiff, .gif, .png, .jpeg, .bmp

If your image is in a Microsoft Word of Publisher file, we can convert your files for you. Optionally, if you send a .jpeg by email or a print in the post, we can visually check that nothing has moved. Artwork produced in vector format will result in much sharper printed text, particularly artwork with very small lettering.

How to Pay

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Maestro), cheques payable to “Abacas Studios Ltd”, Postal Orders and BACS.
